Site Measurement
After the final meeting, our team visits the client’s location to take precise on-site measurements.
This ensures accuracy and helps us design furniture that fits perfectly within the space.
Shop Drawing & Approval
We prepare detailed shop drawings based on measurements taken on-site.
These drawings are shared with both the client and the architect for review and final approval.
Manufacturing Initiation
Once the drawings are approved, we begin the manufacturing process.
This stage involves production planning to ensure quality execution.
Carcass / Mockup Development
We first create the basic structure (carcass) or a mockup of the furniture.
This helps visualise the form, dimensions, and structural integrity before finishing stages.
Partial Foaming Process
We carry out partial foaming on selected sections of the furniture.
This allows the client and architect to evaluate comfort and make adjustments if required.
Client & Architect Evaluation
Clients and architects are invited to our manufacturing unit to test the furniture and the quality of raw materials physically.
They can experience comfort, design, and proportions and finalise the material with them before final production continues.
Upholstery & Finishing Work
After final approval, we proceed with upholstery, polishing, and painting work.
This stage brings the final aesthetic and finish to the furniture as per design specifications.
Quality Check & Packaging
Once completed, each product undergoes a final quality check before packing.
We use a three-layer packing system foam protection, hitlon wrapping, and plastic sealing and finally wrap it all with company-branded tape for maximum safety during transit.
Dispatch & Delivery
The finished furniture is carefully dispatched and delivered to the client’s location.
We ensure timely delivery while maintaining product safety and condition.
On-Site Installation
For items requiring assembly, our skilled artisans visit the site for installation.
Furniture like beds, sofa-cum-beds, etc are assembled to ensure proper fit and functionality.
